Job Summary: The professional will define procurement strategies, lead teams, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure price competitiveness and supply continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Definition of product mix and commercial policies **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define category- and seasonality-based procurement strategies; * Lead and develop the procurement team; * Negotiate with strategic suppliers (manufacturers and distributors); * Ensure price competitiveness and margin; * Monitor KPIs (inventory turnover, stockouts, losses, and savings); * Define product mix and commercial policies; * Monitor market, competition, and price fluctuations; * Ensure supply continuity without excess inventory; * Integrate procurement with sales, logistics, and finance. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * Experience in strategic procurement within the wholesale, distribution, and food sectors; * Minimum 5 years of proven experience; * Experience in high-volume negotiations; * **CONTRACT TYPE: PJ REGIME.** Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$10\.000,00 \- R$20\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking Work Location: On-site
