We are seeking an **Accounting Office Manager** who will serve as a key pillar within the company’s structure, directly managing people, processes, and results—with strong strategic involvement and a focus on technological advancement. This role is ideal for professionals aiming to move beyond operational tasks and assume genuine leadership responsibilities with direct impact on business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the entire accounting function, acting as the bridge between executive management, staff, and clients. This is a position of trust involving management of approximately **35 employees**, requiring maturity, systemic vision, and decision-making capability. The company is undergoing digital transformation and will transition to a hybrid/remote work model in the coming months. Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise departments: tax, accounting, payroll, and corporate services * Coordinate teams and strategically allocate tasks * Develop and optimize internal workflows and processes * Lead people management: leadership, conflict resolution, development, and engagement * Ensure delivery quality and adherence to deadlines * Engage with clients in a strategic and consultative manner * Prepare and analyze managerial reports to support decision-making * Lead internal projects and ensure end-to-end execution * Support executive management with analytical and strategic business insights Requirements: * Proven experience as an **Accounting Manager (senior level)** * Extensive experience in accounting firms (tax, accounting, payroll, and corporate services) * Experience managing teams * Strategic capability and business acumen * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor (client and executive interface) * Familiarity with technology and digital processes * Experience with accounting software (e.g., Domínio) is a plus We seek someone who: * Demonstrates true leadership presence * Is balanced, strategic, and able to manage pressure * Possesses emotional intelligence and adaptability * Is collaborative, politically astute, and skilled at navigating relationships among teams, clients, and executive management **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** ---------------------------- * CLT: R$ 15\.000 * PJ: R$ 18\.000 * Health insurance (co-payment) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel \+ parking * Year-end break (pause between Christmas and New Year) * Monday to Friday * Business hours (08:30 to 17:30/18:30\) If you are a senior professional with a modern vision of accounting and wish to assume an impactful role, this vacancy is for you.
