We are looking for a **Finance Automation and Modeling Intern** to join our development team. The intern will support the development and maintenance of automations for data analysis, processing, and consolidation using programming languages, focusing on efficiency gains and reduction of manual tasks. — **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Database: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources required for the proper functioning of the tool used; * Financial Modeling: Support the development and maintenance of financial models used in real estate financing simulations, including interest calculations, fees, amortization, and financial projections; * Process Automation: Support the development and maintenance of automations for data analysis, processing, and consolidation using programming languages, focusing on efficiency gains, standardization of routines, and reduction of manual activities; * Quantitative Analysis: Perform operational and financial data analyses, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes and tools used; * Results Consolidation: Support the creation of reports and dashboards for data visualization and decision-making; * Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise in the tool used, proposing and implementing efficient solutions to improve the quality of generated information; * Documentation: Promote a culture of maintaining technical documentation for the tool, ensuring it remains up-to-date to facilitate understanding by other teams; * Requirements Gathering: Support requirements gathering and process mapping related to financial operations and tools used by the company; * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation projects through data analysis and optimization of existing calculations and models; * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, participating in alignment meetings and sharing knowledge to enhance developed solutions; — **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of mathematical modeling; * Programming logic; * Knowledge of JavaScript; * Knowledge of Python; * Database knowledge; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; * Debugging; * Git and code versioning; — **WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES** * Analytical thinking; * Quantitative reasoning; * Teamwork; * Organization and time management; * Clear communication; * Continuous learning; * Quality orientation; **Benefits:** We care about our employees' well-being!
