




Job Summary: A professional to monitor the productivity of the external sales team, report results, define sales routes, develop the team, and represent the company at events. Key Highlights: 1. Brand representation at events YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor the daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheet entries and controls. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define sales routes for the external sales team in accordance with guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Supervise the external sales representatives in your region, provide feedback, training, and development initiatives, ensuring productivity and achievement of regional sales targets. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the team, ensuring effective communication of directives, results, and relevant information for commercial operations. * Occasionally participate in company-organized events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company's institutional image.
