Job Summary: A professional responsible for picking, verifying, and shipping products; managing inventory; and providing operational support—ensuring organization and smooth operations. Operational support and cleaning to facilitate sales flow **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Picking, Verification, and Shipping** **Storage and Picking:** Store and pick various products according to branch requests and orders, ensuring accurate verification against orders with no discrepancies. **Branch-Specific Verification:** Verify boxes and volumes per branch, ensuring the correct product batch is dispatched to the correct address. **Secure Packaging:** Package and pack products securely using appropriate materials to ensure cosmetics arrive at stores in good condition. **Restocking:** Pick and restock products on shelves and display areas in stores as needed or per manager instructions. **2\. Inventory and Stock Control** **Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas (distribution center stock and store stock) to facilitate item location and movement. **Counting and Reconciliation:** Conduct merchandise counts and stock reconciliation, actively participating in store network inventories (cyclic and general). **Handling:** Ensure proper handling of products, respecting expiration dates and cosmetic storage specifications. **3\. Operational Support and Cleaning** **Checkout Area Organization:** Clean and organize the *Check\-out* (cashier stations) and *front\-end* store areas when necessary to support sales flow. **Support:** Assist with other departmental tasks (Logistics or Retail), such as simple receiving, box handling, and shipping assistance. **EDUCATION** Completed high school. **EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED** Relevant experience is a plus.
