Your role will include: • Managing and generating revenue from corporate client portfolios, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Conducting a 100% field-based routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenues between BRL 500,000 and BRL 10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure business quality and sustainable growth; • Delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. We value the following qualifications for this role: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA); CPA\-20 is a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing corporate client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing the established model; • Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities; • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with annual revenues up to BRL 10 million will be considered a plus.
