We are looking for a **Data and Process Automation Intern** to join our development team. You will be involved in diverse projects and activities, contributing to structuring, organizing, and analyzing data; automating operational routines; and optimizing internal processes. You will develop solutions that enhance efficiency, information reliability, and strategic support across company departments. — **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Perform process analysis and mapping to identify automation and operational improvement opportunities; * Design and implement process automations to improve efficiency, standardization, and reduce manual tasks; * Structure, clean, and organize data used in automations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Support the creation of reports and KPIs derived from data generated by automated processes; * Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed automations, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance; * Conduct manual and automated testing to validate automations, ensuring stability and appropriate performance; * Collaborate with end-to-end testing and QA teams to ensure delivery quality; * Monitor and maintain automations in production environments, identifying and resolving potential failures or inconsistencies; * Propose continuous improvements based on data analysis and performance evaluation of automated processes. — **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of programming logic; * Knowledge of JavaScript for automation development; * Basic understanding of databases and data structures; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for information organization and analysis; * Familiarity with version control (Git); * Ability to debug and resolve technical issues; — **WE VALUE** * Analytical thinking; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity and interest in continuous improvement. **Benefits:** We care about our employees’ well-being!
