Familiarity with technology, computers, Windows, Microsoft Office suite, printers, software installation, Android and iPhone mobile devices. Responsibilities: • Provide customer support exclusively online via our ticket management system; • Manage and monitor support tickets with attention to detail and deadlines; • Guide customers on proper system usage, answer questions, and provide functional support; • Identify potential issues and, when necessary, escalate them to the development team; • Perform remote access to the customer’s system for analysis or technical support when required; • Communicate internally with sales and technical departments to resolve specific requests, etc. Salary: BRL 2,100.00 Transportation allowance and meal allowance (BRL 400.00 per month). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:45 AM to 12:45 PM (remote work on Saturdays). Residence Requirement: São José dos Campos or Jacareí.
