




Process customer requests and feedback (via chat, outbound calls, in-person service) regarding the quality of services provided, handling objections and resolving conflict situations between service users. Assist passengers with the registration process on the mobile application, as well as support them in resolving issues related to their orders. Perform verification of photographic records. Assist the supervisor in promotional activities. We are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience in customer service and sales will be a significant advantage. Positive attitude, friendly personality, and good communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
