Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to manage sales targets, develop strategies, provide consultative and personalized customer service, and lead the Magrass Valinhos team. Leadership and team development We are looking for a professional to serve as **Commercial Coordinator** on the Magrass Valinhos team. **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the unit's sales targets; * Evaluate performance against commercial goals and propose continuous improvement strategies; * Provide consulting services to customers, conducting diagnostics and presenting customized solutions; * Deliver ongoing feedback to the unit’s team (aesthetic and commercial), promoting alignment and development; * Deliver excellence in service according to Magrass standards; * Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment for an enhanced customer experience; * Provide individualized consultations to present treatments; * Sell treatments and services; * Support and follow up with customers undergoing treatment; * Prospect new customers; * Plan and execute external campaigns to acquire customers. **Requirements:** * Genuine interest in health, wellness, and patient outcomes; * Ability to lead teams and thrive in a dynamic environment; * Analytical mindset with focus on goals and results; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Commitment to self-care and promotion of healthy habits; * Continuous pursuit of market updates; * Degree in health or aesthetics is a plus; * Experience in sales and commercial leadership; * Experience in customer prospecting. **What we offer:** * A welcoming, positive, and collaborative work environment; * Career development plan and training programs; * Attractive benefits to support work-life balance. **Job type:** On-site, Full-time CLT **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with 1h30 lunch break) * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (one Saturday off per month) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * WellHub **Additional compensation:** * Performance-based bonus Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
