




**Commercial Manager – Legislative Management Software** Location: Marília/SP (on-site) Company: Webline Legislative Systems **Responsibilities:** Lead the Commercial, Bidding, and Customer Relationship departments; Plan and execute sales strategies, targets, and performance indicators (KPIs); Supervise technical and commercial proposals, tender documents, and contracts; Coordinate prospecting of new customers and relationship management with strategic partners; Monitor the sales pipeline and team performance; Analyze profitability, contribution margin, and operational costs; Promote integration among marketing, sales, and customer support departments; Represent the company in meetings, events, and institutional negotiations. **Competencies and Skills:** Prior experience in the technology sector or software companies—particularly those focused on public administration management or corporate solutions—will be considered a significant advantage.
