We offer recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and develop the sales team, aligning quarterly, semi-annual, and annual goals. Be hands-on, supporting negotiations and commercial strategies. Monitor KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, productivity, and revenue). Visit clients alongside the team and participate in building commercial projects. Ensure discipline, organization, and execution of daily commercial activities. Contribute to continuous process improvement. Serve as a liaison between the commercial team, management, and other departments. Previous experience as Commercial Manager, Commercial Supervisor, Sales Leader, or Sales Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
