We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Lead, direct, and monitor the sales team on a daily basis. Ensure monitoring and execution of company-defined goals and objectives, promoting necessary actions to achieve them. Analyze performance reports, customer portfolios, and key performance indicators to support decision-making. Develop and implement data-driven and market-analysis-based sales strategies. Engage in prospecting and expanding customer portfolios, with focus on sustainable growth of the department. Develop internal sales plans per salesperson, considering individual targets and portfolio potential. Design commercial incentive campaigns to increase engagement and drive results. Ensure organization and standardization of internal processes, guaranteeing operational efficiency within the department.
