




**Commercial Coordinator (B2B / SaaS / Logistics)** We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to structure, lead, and scale our national sales operations. This role is responsible for ensuring revenue predictability, strengthening team performance, and driving sustainable growth of our customer base. The position involves direct coordination of regional sales representatives and the internal sales team (BDR/SDR), integration with Marketing, and alignment with Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and develop the commercial team (internal and regional) * Conduct performance rituals (daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, forecasting, and pipeline reviews) * Define goals and track performance metrics * Structure and optimize the sales funnel in the **Bitrix24** system, creating prospecting and closing playbooks * Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, sales cycle length, average deal size, CAC/LTV, and recurring revenue * Train the team on consultative selling techniques and solution-oriented approaches * Integrate inbound/outbound strategies jointly with Marketing * Ensure efficient handover from Sales to Customer Success **Desired Profile** * Proven experience in **B2B sales** and managing commercial teams * Experience with **sales funnel management and CRM** (preferably Bitrix or similar systems) * Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions * Knowledge of or familiarity with metrics such as **MRR, CAC, LTV, and churn** * Skill in leading, developing, and motivating teams * Strong organizational skills, discipline, and a hands-on mindset * Clear communication, collaboration, and commercial energy
