Job Summary: A support professional for management in store opening/closing processes, target tracking, report generation, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support management in strategic and commercial processes 2. Generate performance reports and monitor KPIs 3. Perform administrative tasks and expense control * Support management in the store opening or closing process, aligned with commercial negotiations and strategy, acting as the liaison with all involved departments (Legal, IT, and Ticketing Administration) to meet all process requirements; * Monitor target achievement for both company-owned and third-party agencies, reporting to Commercial Supervisors and overseeing payment processing; * Generate reports to assess service performance (interstate and intermunicipal PA routes) — including revenue, mileage, and passenger data — for management review; support indicator compilation for the department and execution of the action plan; * Control fixed expenses for both company-owned and third-party agencies (where contractually negotiated), and submit invoices to Finance for payment; * Perform system registrations for sales; * Support the department with administrative tasks, including office supply requisitions and registrations in commercial systems.
