Description: We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional for the Collections Coordinator position. This professional will be responsible for supervising and leading the collections analysis team, ensuring the effectiveness of credit granting and collections processes. Their primary role is to ensure that internal policies and controls comply with regulations and to mitigate risks in retail and corporate credit operations. Preferred qualifications: Basic accounting knowledge; Postgraduate degree in Credit Management, Finance, Controllership, or related fields; Advanced knowledge of financial data analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support strategic decision-making; Familiarity with credit risk management systems, credit analysis platforms, and collections tools; Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation and delinquency reduction strategies; Knowledge of credit risk and collections assessment methodologies, such as scoring and rating analysis; Strong communication skills and fluency to present results and strategies to diverse audiences (internal and external); Experience with financial sector regulations, including the Consumer Protection Code, LGPD, and other compliance standards; Understanding of central banking operations, regulations, and data analysis from systems such as Serasa, Bacen, SPC, and others; Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage for handling international analyses or external suppliers.
