





**Full Job Description** **Responsibilities and Duties**: * Manage a portfolio consisting of shareholder banks and company partners; * Stimulate/support/assist in generating new business: onboarding new affiliates, activating the existing affiliate base, etc.; * Develop strategies to achieve and boost results: executing initiatives, campaigns, and training programs; * Business prospecting; * Serve as the business liaison; * Negotiate between the commercial team and partners; * A professional who enjoys interacting with people; * Public speaking skills; * Ability to engage with diverse audiences across various situations; * Conflict management skills and ability to handle pressure and meet targets; * Boost productivity for new business through relationship-building and training across the bank’s branch network, as well as via campaigns and challenges; * Use SMART (a commercial tool) to log branch visits and record new affiliations; * Act as the link between account managers and business partners—namely, regional bank representatives—with the goal of acquiring new customers or safeguarding existing ones against competitors’ actions; * Address partner requests unresolved through other channels; * Analyze performance results. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you? * Experience in commercial roles, preferably within the financial sector; * Willingness to travel, with flexible working hours.
