Full management of cinema operations **ABOUT THE COMPANY:** We are a cinema chain operating across three Brazilian states, headquartered in Uberlândia (MG). Our mission is to deliver unique experiences to audiences by combining technology, comfort, and top-tier entertainment. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We seek a proactive professional with leadership qualities and a results-driven mindset to assume full responsibility for managing a cinema’s operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage unit operations (concession stand, auditoriums, and lobby), ensuring the complex operates fully and efficiently. * Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering engagement and high performance. * Ensure excellence in customer service, aiming for the best possible experience. * Manage budgets, monitor sales, and handle the unit’s financial control. * Control inventory, ensuring organization, accuracy, and adequate stock levels. * Plan and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional events. * Ensure building and equipment maintenance, guaranteeing proper condition and functionality. * Guarantee safety for facilities, staff, and customers by complying with regulations and procedures. * Manage and update mandatory unit documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal policies. * Prepare management reports and oversee shift scheduling, time tracking, and overtime banking. * Represent the unit in meetings and ensure process alignment with headquarters. **WORK SCHEDULE:** ***LOCATION: SUL SHOPPING MALL \- ADDRESS: GO\-040, KM 6, St. Andreia, Goiânia, near Jardins Lisboa residential complex and Garavelo commercial district*** Mall operating hours \- 6x1 rotating schedule \- with one fixed weekly day off. Sunday days off in accordance with current legislation. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 2\.777,59 \+ 40% performance bonus. * Cash float: R$ 190.00 * Meal allowance: Average R$ 575.00 (R$ 23.00 per working day) * Cost-of-living allowance \- R$ 400.00 \- Caju card * Bonus for achieving targets * Project-based commission (effective after 3 months\|) * Dental plan * Wellhub \- gym membership program * Birthday Day-Off (one paid day off on birthday, per internal policy) * 4 complimentary movie tickets per month **Requirements:** * Proven experience in operations management (customer service, sales, and store/unit routine), preferably in concession stands or related areas within food service or fast-food industries. * Solid experience leading teams, including training, development, performance management, and shift scheduling. * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines, including cash handling, budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting. * Experience managing inventory, organizing stocktaking, and overseeing supplies. * Familiarity with facility maintenance and equipment management, including vendor coordination and preventive actions. * Knowledge of customer service practices and customer experience management. * Experience implementing local commercial/marketing initiatives is a plus. * Understanding of basic operational legislation (mandatory documentation, safety standards, and compliance requirements). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and managerial controls. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferred). **Note:** Applying for this position does not guarantee participation in the selection process, which is subject to profile evaluation and alignment with established requirements.
