




If you have already worked as a Bilingual Operations Coordinator and have experience in sales, we want to meet you! Your main responsibilities will be: Manage, develop, and motivate the team of supervisors through feedback to ensure compliance with metrics and procedures; Client-facing role responsible for presenting results and conducting meetings with the client; Act as a trusted advisor when necessary; Manage conflicts and potential changes, innovate, and lead the team proactively and with initiative; Monitor reports and KPIs to achieve/maintain/improve operational results; Ensure supervisors appropriately lead the Experts’ teams, preserving productivity and strong operational performance; Ensure compliance with metrics and procedures; Participate in meetings with clients; Present results in Portuguese/English; Maintain good relationships with support areas such as Quality, Training, WFM, Access, etc; *TP Well-being: Here, we care for our employees from head to toe, with initiatives focused on physical and mental health, fostering an environment that strengthens the balance between personal and professional life.* *Regarding mental health, we offer psychological support and an exclusive channel for individualized emotional care and well-being, alongside awareness-raising activities such as Well-being Week and initiatives promoting social connection and interaction among employees—e.g., Music and Dance Festival and Themed Fridays.
