Customer support, conflict resolution, and interdepartmental alignment Bakery Supervisor responsible for organizing and supervising all daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of customer service, counter, dining area, pantry, production, and cashier departments. Oversees team performance, shift scheduling, staff training, service standardization, and maintenance of product and service quality. Conducts store opening and closing checks, inventory control, monitoring of product expiration dates and storage, display case and buffet organization, as well as supervision of cleaning, hygiene, and compliance with sanitary regulations. Also provides direct customer support, resolves internal conflicts, ensures interdepartmental alignment, and monitors sales targets—always striving for excellence in customer service, team productivity, and company performance growth.
