IBRAMEC is an educational institute dedicated to training and certifying physicians, with expertise in specialized medical education. Both organizations collaborate closely to develop solutions that enhance clinical management, medical practice, and medical education. In this context, a SaaS software project targeting the medical market is being developed, aiming to build a comprehensive platform for clinical management, medical operations, and support for healthcare professionals. The project aims to become one of the most complete solutions in the medical market, with potential for expansion and commercialization to clinics, physicians, and healthcare institutions. **3\. POSITION MISSION** Develop and maintain the back\-end layer of the SaaS platform targeting the medical market, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable architecture capable of supporting clinic operations, the institute’s educational infrastructure, and future commercial expansion of the system to other clinics and healthcare professionals. **4\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 4\.1\. Back\-End Development * Develop APIs, services, and business logic for the platform * Implement features aligned with the system’s technical and operational specifications * Ensure developed code is well-structured, testable, and scalable * Contribute to the application’s architectural evolution 4\.2\. Integrations and Data Architecture * Develop integrations among different platform modules * Design and maintain data models used by the system * Guarantee data integrity, consistency, and security * Support integrations with external systems when required 4\.3\. System Quality and Maintenance * Fix bugs and inconsistencies identified in the application * Participate in code reviews and technical improvements * Ensure compliance with technical standards defined by the technology team * Contribute to reducing the platform’s technical debt 4\.4\. Collaboration with the Technology Team * Work collaboratively with the Tech Lead and other developers to execute tasks * Participate in technical planning of features * Propose structural improvements and system optimizations * Support the platform’s technological evolution 4\.5\. Product Ownership * Assume ownership of the technical quality of developed features * Anticipate technical risks that could impact stability or performance * Seek sustainable, long-term solutions for system evolution * Maintain a long-term perspective on platform reliability and scalability **5\. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)** 5\.1\. Technical Delivery Completion Rate * Measure the percentage of tasks completed within the defined deadline for each development cycle 5\.2\. Technical Rework Rate * Measure the volume of corrections needed after deliveries due to implementation flaws or bugs 5\.3\. Code Quality * Evaluate adherence to technical standards, software development best practices, and code review outcomes 5\.4\. Stability of Developed Features * Measure the incidence of failures or inconsistencies related to implemented features 5\.5\. Contribution to System Technical Evolution * Assess participation in structural improvements, optimizations, and platform architecture evolution **6\. REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields * Experience using AI-assisted development tools * Practical experience with AI platforms and tools applied to development, such as Lovable, CloudCode, Cursor, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools * Experience in back\-end development and API construction * Knowledge of application architecture and service organization * Experience with databases and data modeling * Familiarity with software engineering best practices and version control * Availability to work in a hybrid model, with arrangement to be confirmed during the selection process * Mandatory submission of links to previously developed projects (e.g., GitHub repositories, published applications, or production systems) * Ability to demonstrate direct involvement in submitted projects during the selection process **8\. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience developing SaaS platforms * Experience with systems targeting the medical or healthcare domain * Knowledge of application scalability and performance optimization * Experience with service-oriented or microservices-based architecture * Experience in fast-growing digital product environments * Experience with system monitoring and observability **9\. EXPECTED OUTCOME** The candidate is expected to directly contribute to building a robust SaaS platform for the medical market, capable of supporting complex clinical operations and meeting the needs of physicians and healthcare institutions. Success in this role means delivering a solid back\-end with reliable features, low failure rates, and an architecture prepared to support the platform’s commercial expansion—enabling the system to become a relevant and widely adopted solution in the medical market.
