Working in a high-traffic environment with interaction with tourists **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Financial Assistant (Cashier)** to work at our beach kiosk, ensuring quick, accurate, and courteous service to our customers. Responsibilities include recording consumption, receiving payments, organizing order slips, and keeping the daily financial flow in order. We seek an agile, responsible individual with professional conduct, capable of working in a high-traffic environment and interacting with tourists. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, verifying amounts and reports; * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and PIX, accurately verifying amounts; * Issue receipts and payment confirmations, ensuring compliance with all fiscal requirements; * Manage order slips and wristbands (when applicable); * Serve customers courteously, providing guidance on payment methods and procedures; * Handle high-volume customer service while maintaining agility and focus; * Perform cash withdrawals and securely store funds according to safety protocols; * Report discrepancies in consumption, order slip errors, or system issues to supervision; * Maintain a clean, organized workstation with necessary supplies; * Assist in queue management, prioritizing positive customer experience; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service or cashier operations. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems. * Organizational skills, focus, and responsibility regarding monetary handling. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Agility in highly dynamic environments. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health and dental plan discounts; * 15% discount at Autoescola Educativa; * Discounts at partner universities (Unifametro, Estácio, Fametro, and Fanor); * Educational incentives; * Partnership with Dias Ótica; * Discounts at Crocobeach store and ice cream shop; Sports incentives (running).
