We operate a high-speed hybrid model: a robust online wholesale platform and a nationwide consignment model. We are a transparent, connected brand. We enjoy showing our behind-the-scenes operations to customers, so our workplace is dynamic and frequently documented by our marketing team. **Role Mission** To serve as the active liaison between DAMA Semijoias and its customers. You are responsible for converting leads into buyers and resellers into long-term partners (Prospecting \> Outreach \> Closing \> Post-Sale). Your work ensures consistent growth of the customer portfolio and guarantees that every person you assist feels they are speaking with someone who truly understands their business. **Cultural Fit (Behavioral Competencies)** * Conversion-Oriented Communication: You know how to adapt your tone — firm when closing, empathetic when building loyalty. You don’t need to "perform" — just continue delivering outstanding work while the team documents the process. **Daily Responsibilities (What You’ll Execute)** 1\. Wholesale Sales: * WhatsApp customer support * Customer reactivation * WhatsApp status updates 2\. Consignment Resellers: * Daily support and communication with reseller portfolio * WhatsApp group management 3\. Orders and Processes: * Order approval 4\. Additional Sales Routines: * Participation in LIVE SHOP events or campaigns where consultants also sell and place orders. 5\. Commercial Routines: * Alignment meetings and commercial strategy planning sessions. **Required Experience and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Clear, concise written and verbal communication — zero Portuguese grammar errors. * Proficiency with computers and WhatsApp: fast typing and ability to quickly learn new systems. * Image Usage: Willingness to grant the company rights to use your image for promotional purposes (e.g., appearing at work in corporate or social media videos). **Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves)** * Prior experience in online sales. * Familiarity with Bling and/or Dynamic Pro systems. * Experience in costume jewelry (wholesale and/or consignment). **Who We’re NOT Looking For (The Anti-Profile)** * People who need a "babysitter": If you require constant supervision to complete basic tasks or wait for explicit instructions to do the obvious, this isn’t the right place for you. * People who take feedback personally: We seek maturity.
