We are looking for a **Store Manager** to operate strategically and operationally, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of sales targets, and efficient unit operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily store operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and performance indicators; * Closely supervise the team, fostering a motivating, collaborative, and productive work environment; * Plan staff schedules, monitor working hours, and ensure compliance with internal company policies; * Ensure product organization, pricing, and restocking, maintaining an appealing store presentation; * Monitor inventory levels, support stocktaking activities, and control losses; * Analyze sales reports, cash flow, and performance results, proposing actions to improve performance; * Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and alignment sessions; * Collaborate with Human Resources and Administration departments, reporting unit-related information and needs; * Safeguard customer experience by ensuring high-quality service and consumer loyalty. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred); * Proven experience as a **Store Manager**, preferably in retail; * Skills in people management and target achievement; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. **Benefits** * Attendance bonus; * Avus Health Plan – discounts at pharmacies; * StarBem – telemedicine services with healthcare professionals; * TotalPass – discounts at fitness centers.
