Manage the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment; Conduct training sessions to develop the team and align processes; Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure achievement of store targets; Manage material and financial resources to ensure smooth store operations; Hold monthly team meetings for alignment, feedback, and action planning. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress preferred; Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities; Flexibility in working hours to accommodate retail operations; Prior experience as a Store Manager is essential.
