Experience in financial institutions is desirable **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Main Responsibilities:** Prospect new cooperative members and identify business opportunities that strengthen both the cooperative and the community. Offer financial products and services, highlighting advantages, terms, and the unique value proposition of cooperativism. Provide consultative and personalized service to cooperative members, seeking to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Prepare commercial proposals, conducting inquiries, preliminary analyses, and document verification. Support account opening and maintenance activities, client data updates, and credit limit releases. Encourage the use of digital channels and assist cooperative members in safely using electronic platforms. Support the branch manager in commercial processes and initiatives aimed at achieving targets. Monitor the cooperative member portfolio, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Contribute to delinquency control, debt renegotiation, and debt regularization. Comply with internal policies and report atypical transactions per the cooperative’s guidelines. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Experience in commercial customer service. Experience in financial institutions. Knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services. * Legislation governing the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
