With over 16,500 clients and a team of more than 230 employees, we are expanding rapidly and seeking someone who wants to grow with us! **What will be your mission?** **1. Planning and Organization** * Define and align scope with founders, leadership, and involved departments. * Create realistic timelines (typically using tools such as Notion and Azure Boards). * Prioritize deliverables based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity. * Identify risks and define mitigation plans. **2. Project Execution and Monitoring** * Daily stand-ups with technical or cross-functional teams. * Frequent follow-ups to ensure the project stays on track. * Removal of blockers or rapid escalation to leadership. * Update stakeholders on project status (typically weekly or biweekly). **3. Communication and Alignment** * Bridges between departments: product, development, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. * Document decisions and learnings, typically in internal wikis. * Checkpoint meetings and demos of deliverables. * Manage stakeholder expectations, especially regarding timeline or scope changes. **4. Continuous Improvement and Processes** * Post-project or sprint retrospectives, if the team follows an agile methodology. * Adjust internal processes to make deliveries more efficient. * Define project success metrics (KPIs). * Mentorship and support for team productivity and focus. * Support in customer discovery. * Create presentations for investors with roadmap status. * Basic testing of products or features. **What do you need to join this journey?** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education * 3+ years of experience in this role * Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$750.00) * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Gympass (Wellhub) * Birthday day off * Fruit Day * Rest and games room * Education platform * On-site library **Opportunity to work 100% on-site in Criciúma/SC.** Next Fit is a technology company headquartered in Criciúma, Santa Catarina.
