Job Summary: We are seeking an Events Analyst to support the planning, execution, and post-event activities of in-person initiatives, ensuring organization, cost control, and high operational quality. About the Position We seek a professional to serve as an Events Analyst, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and post-event phases of Growth Machine’s in-person initiatives. This role ensures events occur with organization, predictability, cost control, and high operational standards—acting practically before, during, and after events, with focus on deadlines, execution quality, and participant experience. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Organization * Support planning for corporate, educational, and promotional events. * Develop and maintain updated timelines (pre-, during, and post-event), ensuring deadline adherence. Operational and Vendor Management * Support vendor contracting and oversight, ensuring SLAs, deadlines, and budget compliance. * Manage event materials, giveaways, kits, and supplies. On-Site Execution * Provide operational support during events, resolving requests and unforeseen issues promptly. * Ensure execution in accordance with operational checklists and defined standards. Quality and Participant Experience * Support feedback collection and monitor participant satisfaction metrics. * Reduce operational incidents and continuously improve execution. Post-Event and Continuous Improvement * Organize post-event information and learnings. * Suggest improvements to processes, workflows, and execution standards for upcoming events. What Growth Machine Expects from a Strong Events Analyst (Prerequisites) * Ability to plan, organize, and execute events with results-oriented focus. * Practical knowledge of event logistics (vendors, scheduling, operations). * Skill in creating, following, and rigorously maintaining operational checklists. * Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and vendor negotiation. * Proficiency in Excel for organization and tracking. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, tight deadlines, and high-pressure environments. * Clear and accountable communication with internal teams and external partners. * Availability for on-site event participation, including weekends when required.
