The **Commercial Analyst** will be responsible for ensuring the organization and efficiency of commercial operations through CRM management, data control, and KPI tracking, directly contributing to the company's performance improvement. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Manage and keep the CRM updated (leads, opportunities, and sales funnel); * Ensure proper completion and progression of commercial stages; * Create and maintain spreadsheets for performance tracking and control; * Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and outcomes; * Develop strategic dashboards and reports; * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the commercial process; * Support the commercial team in CRM organization and usage; * Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to optimize results. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience with CRM; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Analytical mindset and data orientation; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and ownership mindset. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in digital marketing or iGaming. * Startup experience. * Experience with automation tools. **On-site position | PJ | Barra da Tijuca/RJ
