Preparation and presentation of committees to the executive board Description: About the position: The professional will be responsible for efficiently and objectively delivering results, possessing an analytical and strategic profile for making key decisions in the collections area. We seek a customer-focused profile that provides tools and intelligence to enhance the customer's purchasing power. Main responsibilities: * Management of the Internal Collections Strategy/Collection Framework; * Management of Advisory Deliverables in External Collections; * Responsibility for managing Collection Models — Invoice Scoring and Collection; * Management of the Credit Portfolio — PDD, Loss, and Loss Recovery; * Responsibility for Risk KPIs — OVER, ROLAGENS, EFIC, among others; * Management and development of the Collections Analyst team; * Responsibility for preparing, analyzing, and presenting committees to the executive board. Mandatory requirements: * Advanced Microsoft Office suite * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
