We accept candidates from all regions of Brazil \=D **Responsibilities and attributes** In your day-to-day, we expect you to handle the following processes: * Define the system architecture and best development practices. * Make strategic decisions about technologies, frameworks, and tools. * Review code and ensure good practices such as clean code. * Solve complex technical problems and support less experienced developers. * Act as a bridge between developers, product managers, and other areas. * Provide mentoring and technical training for the team. * Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. * Work on the continuous improvement of development processes. * Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the system. * Monitor performance metrics and fix technical bottlenecks. * Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and process automation practices. **Requirements and qualifications** What will be necessary for our perfect match: * Completed higher education or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Proven professional experience of at least **4 years** as a Developer or Programmer; * Proven knowledge, through tests, in one or more languages used in the hiring process; * Experience in technical leadership of software development teams; * Experience in software architecture, code review, and defining best practices; * Knowledge in the development of scalable, secure, and highly available applications; * Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration (CI/CD). **Mandatory certifications** Possess at least one of the following certifications: * Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or higher; * Certified Java Associate or higher; * Certified Java Programmer or higher; * Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or higher; * AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate or higher; * AWS Certified Developer – Associate or higher; * AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher; * AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate or higher; * AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate or higher; * Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (GCP) or higher; * Google Workspace Administrator or higher; * Google Data Practitioner or higher; * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Multicloud Architect Associate or higher; * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Foundations Associate or higher; * Oracle Redwood Application 2024 Certified Developer Associate or higher; * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Developer Professional or higher; * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Architect Associate or higher; * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified AI Foundations Associate or higher. **Desirable knowledge** * Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); * Knowledge in containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance practices; * Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge in architecture patterns, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture. **Additional information** Infrastructure allowance; Flexible working hours; Day Off on your birthday – with a surprise!
