Schedule and physical infrastructure management Tire retail company seeking an Operational Supervisor in Teresina. **Responsibilities:** Supervise service stations. Plan and control schedules, work shifts, monitor employee performance, physical infrastructure, and implement process improvements. Motivate the team and resolve conflicts, promote employee development, and ensure a productive work environment. Prepare reports, manage documentation, and update spreadsheets. Monitor results. Conduct PPE inspections. Deliver materials to service stations. Serve on the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
