




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Work under periodic supervision, possibly requiring guidance in some activity phases, demanding sufficient training and experience to perform medium-complexity tasks included in the position; * Supervise teams assigned to fixed or mobile contracts, ensuring they start their activities with proper attire, equipment, and necessary materials, directing responsibilities and assignments for operational processes execution according to standards and protocols established in the operational procedure; * Manage mobile teams, floor treatment, gardening, and post-construction services, preparing schedules and ensuring service fulfillment aligns with client requirements and established deadlines; * Conduct site visits, collect data for budgets, quote necessary service materials, negotiate prices and deadlines with suppliers and clients; * Maintain contact with contract managers under responsibility, attend to their requests, establish priorities, present solutions for issues, ensuring proper execution of planned activities according to the operation's established standards; * Supervise the contract under management, checking schedule and routine execution, providing adjustments and suggestions upon approval from the operations manager and according to client needs; * Individually or collectively guide employees, verify disciplinary conduct and technical performance, taking appropriate actions according to the code of conduct; * Integrate newly promoted or hired leaders by developing and delivering technical and operational training to develop them according to contract needs; * Prepare work schedules and staff rotation plans, vacation programming, overtime control, recording in specific documents and/or spreadsheets, ensuring daily team presence at workstations; * Assist in identifying employees with suitable profiles for selection processes; * Supervise and execute, when necessary, administrative contract activities related to controls; guarantee scheduled trainings are conducted, inform relevant departments of operational needs, arrange employee release for participation, ensuring established procedures are properly applied; * Participate in trainings, lectures, projects, meetings, and changes promoted by ApoioEcolimp, analyzing the need to replicate information to subordinates; * Ensure new employee checklist processes are performed according to established routines, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety regulations, sector visits, aiming for proper onboarding; * Issue descriptive reports regarding site visits and operational progress in contracts; * Inspect facilities, observing overall hygiene conditions, considering executed routines and schedules, guiding and monitoring Cleaning Supervisors or Team Leaders; * Manage material costs, checking inventory control, placing supply orders, validity control, monitoring stock quantities and storage conditions to meet contract needs; * Participate in activities and documentation required for CIPA organization within the contract; * Monitor contract management results related to personnel control (absences, medical certificates, leaves, and terminations) through records and controls, arranging employee allocation to cover absences in sectors, aiming for proper handling; * Perform monthly account reporting, document collection, and data input into the system, and supervise the completion and organization of time sheets; * Be responsible for controlling employee documents and records (PGR, PCMSO, CIPA, product technical sheets, technical registrations, employment documentation), according to occupational safety regulations and current legislation; * Manage people, handle conflicts, and ensure team synergy under responsibility; * Support the implementation of new contracts nationwide as needed or requested hierarchically, conducting trainings and allocating new teams, assessing client needs and distributing routines to meet expectations, ensuring service excellence; * Attend hearings as a legal representative, representing the company in judicial and administrative proceedings, if requested by the legal department; * Perform related duties according to competencies, upon request from higher management. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Computer skills – Office Suite; * Knowledge of administrative processes and routines; * Understanding of Labor Legislation – CLT; * Ability to develop schedules and work shifts; * Experience in people management and team leadership; * Technical knowledge of hospital hygiene processes; * Skills in writing descriptive reports; * Familiarity with hospital cleaning contract administration routines; * Knowledge of hospital accreditation processes; * Waste control knowledge; * Ability to create charts, quantitative reports, and spreadsheets; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and organization. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
