Job Summary:
Store Manager responsible for ensuring operational excellence, sales, processes, and team development to achieve objectives and maintain a high-quality work environment.

Mission: Ensure operational excellence of a store (sales results and processes), aiming to achieve established objectives, develop and monitor the team, and maintain a high-quality work environment.
Prerequisites:
* Extensive experience in retail or service sectors within commercial areas;
* Minimum 6 months of experience in people management;
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office as a user.
Sales:
* Monitor promotions and sales cycles;
* Negotiate store targets under your responsibility with Group Administration;
* Analyze, formulate, and control cycle-specific targets (for teams and products/categories);
* Track sales per consultant in the system for completing target and results spreadsheets;
* Observe sales on the store sales floor;
* Ensure correct use of the Clube Viva O Boticário;
* Propose sales strategies (training, incentive campaigns, promotion, sampling, KPIs);
* Develop alternatives for inventory turnover (partnerships, after-sales, events);
* Ensure minimum performance indicators (items per invoice, average invoice value, average price);
* Conduct and analyze diagnostics of results and performance.
Finance:
* Encourage, control, and ensure the store’s operational results (sales, expenses, and losses);
* Monitor daily cash register opening and closing;
* Monitor and comply with internal standards, criteria, and accepted payment methods for all cash registers.
People:
* Manage people (performance, development, team climate, etc.);
* Propose and conduct team integration and motivation initiatives;
* Conduct individual and team performance evaluations and propose improvement actions based on observed aspects;
* Communicate and ensure understanding of franchisor guidelines and internal Group Gerbera policies;
* Encourage team participation to contribute to business improvement;
* Conduct formal team meetings for alignment and monitoring;
* Participate in employee hiring and termination processes;
* Prepare team work schedules and monitor team working hours;
* Observe team members’ personal presentation (image and demeanor);
* Identify and report needs for additional training, focusing on specific categories or customer service;
* Encourage the team to access/monitor franchisor communication channels (Operations Manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, etc.).
Administration:
* Participate in procurement processes with Group Gerbera’s Purchasing Department and/or operator;
* Monitor inventory levels and report product replenishment needs;
* Ensure correct implementation of store communications (pricing/visual merchandising/window displays/planograms);
* Ensure proper product exchange procedures;
* Enter invoices into the system;
* Conduct or attend store or Group Gerbera meetings;
* Observe and relay communications sent by the franchisor and/or Group Gerbera Administration (TV programs, portals, newsletters, etc.);
* Access/monitor franchisor communication channels (Operations Manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, etc.);
* Attend in-person or extranet-based training sessions when directed by Group Gerbera management or administration.
