Market monitoring and commercial strategies Your mission as store manager will be to manage the store unit, ensuring customer delight, execution of operational processes, with a results-oriented approach, aiming to achieve planned targets. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Leadership profile; * Initiative; * Results-oriented; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work with targets; * Experience in the segment. Be responsible for store operations (opening and closing); Analyze market trends; Analyze economic\-financial factors; Prospect partnerships and new products; Monitor relationships with internal and external customers and/or stakeholders; Set performance targets and indicators; Comply with the group's commercial policy; Oversee database updates and new registrations; Be responsible for store organization, cleanliness, and layout; Manage and oversee store inventory; Be responsible for daily cash register closing; Monitor accounts receivable reports and delinquency control metrics and targets; Perform store budgetary control; Ensure compliance with store product pricing; Request sales campaigns from the marketing department; Operationalize promotion, event, and brand awareness initiatives (e.g., banners, posters, island setups, extra display points, etc.) per marketing department guidelines; Be accountable for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets by sales consultant and product group; Monitor profit margins and prepare weekly reports; Cooperate and participate in project definition; Execute project action plans and non\-conformance corrections; Monitor internal and external audits; Represent the company at the store and publicly per marketing department guidelines; Be responsible for company assets; Prepare managerial reports and guide departments on economical resource usage to avoid waste.
