Leadership and team development We are hiring a Restaurant Manager with a proactive profile, strong leadership skills, and the ability to resolve daily situations quickly and efficiently. **Responsibilities**: * Manage daily restaurant operations in a shopping mall environment, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and excellent customer service; * Lead, train, and develop the team, organizing schedules, days off, and routines; * Respond promptly to operational issues, especially during peak hours; * Monitor goals, performance indicators, cost control, COGS, and inventory; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and brand standards; * Maintain restaurant organization: kitchen and support areas; * Demonstrate flexibility to handle high customer traffic and simultaneous demands. **Requirements**: * Minimum experience in the field, preferably in restaurants or food service; * Prior experience in a shopping mall restaurant is a plus; * Proactive, organized, responsible profile with sound decision-making skills; * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment; * Strong communication skills and team leadership ability; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience managing teams and achieving targets; * Knowledge of inventory control, ordering, and cost management; * Aptitude for interacting with customers and resolving conflicts. **We Offer**: * Competitive market-based salary; * Growth opportunity; * Dynamic environment with high customer traffic.
