Manage the team (monitoring, feedback, conflict resolution, motivation, professional development, and organizational culture in people management). Ensure the store's sales targets are met. Deliver customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of products and services offered in the store. Manage store layout, optimize productivity, infrastructure, and staff scheduling. Control inventory and various store departments: refrigerated section, grocery, butcher, produce, and bakery. Continuously evaluate store performance by monitoring key indicators and proposing improvement actions. Ensure inventory counts are conducted.
