Focus on customer experience and conflict resolution Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with routines (stock replenishment, organization, inventory, cash handling); Develop and monitor work schedules, vacation planning, and employee performance; Monitor performance indicators and develop action plans; Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback; Contribute to an appropriate customer experience, emphasizing quality, clarity, and positive relationships; Resolve daily conflicts and challenges, ensuring smooth store operations; Develop and train employees to enhance skills and promote internal growth; Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Lead, supervise, and develop the team to drive high performance and engagement; Ensure implementation of international policies and preservation of company culture.
