Ensuring operational excellence and product quality. · Responsible for administrative and operational tasks such as store opening and closing. · Responsible for employee guidance, procurement, and providing instructions to maintain product shelf presence and inventory levels. · Responsible for analyzing reports, inventories, shrinkage, and other related matters. · Ensure store operational excellence by monitoring team development in the sales area. · Propose alternatives to improve sales and motivate the team. · Ensure product replenishment, cleanliness, quality, and store organization; assign established targets. · Experience as a Store Manager in supermarket chains.
