




Job Summary: Manage the entire store operation, lead and motivate the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure brand standards. Key Highlights: 1. Accountability for brand performance and standards Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory, etc.). Ensure store organization, restocking, and visual merchandising in accordance with brand standards. Oversee inventory control, stocktaking, and product replenishment. Manage staff schedules, vacations, and performance reviews. Support sales strategies, events, and promotional activities. Serve as the primary liaison between the store and the brand's administrative management.
