Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service, organize the store, receive products, and manage inventory, ensuring the best shopping experience. Key Highlights: 1. Provide the best shopping experience for customers. 2. Inventory control and store restocking. 3. Grow within a constantly evolving business. As a store associate or store leader, you will serve customers and deliver the best shopping experience. You will also be responsible for store organization and cleaning. Additionally, you will receive products delivered by suppliers, verify invoices against purchase orders, and manage inventory control and store restocking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cash register opening and closing; * Ensure excellence in customer service, providing the best shopping experience for customers; * Resolve conflicts; * Keep the store’s systems and routines up to date; * Ensure compliance with processes and procedures; * Identify operational risks, resolve them and/or report them to the Supervisor and/or Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in customer service. Retail experience is desirable. Education: Completed high school. **Additional Information** Availability to work on a rotating 6X1 schedule.
