Opportunity for professional growth **Job Title:** Store Assistant Manager – Women's Fashion **Location:** Dom Pedro Shopping – Campinas/SP **Job Description:** We are looking for a Store Assistant Manager to join our women's fashion retail operation. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, a focus on results, and a passion for customer service who actively contributes to the team’s and store’s strong performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support sales team management and leadership * Monitor goals and KPIs (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.) * Directly engage in customer service to ensure an excellent experience * Organize staff schedules and support team development * Supervise store organization and merchandise restocking * Support cash operations (opening and closing) * Assist in inventory control and loss prevention * Ensure store alignment with visual merchandising guidelines * Act as interim manager when required **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) * Prior retail experience, preferably in the fashion segment * Experience leading teams * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills * Focus on results and goal achievement * Flexible availability **Work Schedule:** * Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule * Variable shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening), aligned with mall operating hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience as team leader or store assistant manager * Affinity with women's fashion **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Sales commission * Opportunity for professional growth Interested candidates should send their resumes to: rh@pauapique.com Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
