The professional will play a central role in structuring governance, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. * Manage high-complexity projects involving multiple departments and clients. * Structure and lead project governance (rituals, metrics, risks, and action plans). * Ensure alignment among scope, schedule, resources, and strategic priorities. * Support and monitor portfolio project prioritization. * Lead B2B technological solution implementation projects in client environments. * Serve as the focal point between internal departments, partners, and clients. * Ensure expectation alignment, clear communication, and delivery tracking. * Conduct structured communication with leadership and clients. * Prepare and present executive status updates, risks, and required decisions. * Facilitate alignment in complex environments. * Define and track project KPIs (schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risks). * Evolve PMO methods, tools, and practices. * Promote best practices in project management within technology environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must also have:** * Experience as a Senior PMO or Senior Project Manager. * Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or system implementation companies. * Experience managing B2B client projects. * Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid models). * Governance, risk management, and performance metrics. * Tools such as Jira, MS Project, Monday, or similar. * Scrum and PMI certifications. * Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Technology, or related fields. **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Experience in the insurance or financial market. * Experience with complex projects in regulated environments. * Direct engagement with medium- and large-sized corporate clients. * Knowledge of the insurance ecosystem. * Advanced English proficiency **Additional Information** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering positions in remote, on-site, or hybrid formats (on-site with home office policy), defined according to the role’s requirements and responsibilities.
