If you want to join a purpose-driven company with strong values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Supervision of Store Leaders and Team:** * Monitor and guide store leaders, ensuring all processes—including organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory management, distribution, supervision, financial products, fitting room service, and sales area operations—comply with internal procedures, checklists, and company standards. **Excellence in Customer Service:** * Ensure outstanding customer service through team monitoring, guidance, and training, guaranteeing that Caedu’s standards are applied consistently across all customer interactions. **Productivity and Results:** * Monitor sales and financial services performance hourly, review task distribution, implement operational adjustments, and identify opportunities with the store manager to achieve and exceed store targets. **Data Control and Analysis:** * Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, income statements (DRE), financial products, goals, budgets, and inventory; record transactions, verify results, and report to the store manager. * Analyze back-office system records to prevent inconsistencies and internal fraud. **Competitor Analysis:** * Observe competitors’ campaigns, window displays, checkout lines, and pricing, flagging opportunities and action items to the store manager. **Cash Management:** * Participate in cash closing: verify amounts and records, receive armored vehicle deliveries, inspect cash denominations, and accurately log all information in the back-office system. **Receiving and Restocking Merchandise:** * Ensure accurate merchandise verification to avoid discrepancies, prioritizing restocking according to Sales Department guidelines. **Delivery of Financial Products:** * Daily follow-up on referral, approval, and delivery of financial products, directing leaders to maximize sales results and opportunities. **Team Development and Motivation:** * Maintain a trained, motivated, and uniformed team by conducting meetings, training sessions, and briefings. * Develop leaders through training, continuous mentoring, and individual action plans to support their growth and internal mobility within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must definitely have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred). * Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within fashion retail. * Knowledge of retail sales operations and financial products (preferred). * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Variable Compensation (per policy) Birthday Day Off Discount on Caedu Products Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Personalized support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
