This professional will be responsible for leading the commercial department **and also acting as a salesperson**, actively participating in customer service, prospecting, and closing deals. We seek someone eager to grow alongside the company, energetic enough to pursue new opportunities, expand sales, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed established targets. **Responsibilities** * Manage and drive all store sales operations. * **Directly sell products**, handling customer service, negotiation, and deal closure. * Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base. * Conduct active prospecting and seek new business opportunities. * Lead, guide, and engage the sales team. * Monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring their achievement. * Act proactively, with an owner's mindset and strategic vision. * Organize processes and continuously improve store performance. **Requirements** * Experience in sales and/or commercial management. * Proactive, communicative, and fully results-oriented profile. * Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities. * Strategic vision and continuous pursuit of improvements. * Organization, accountability, and customer focus. **Compensation** We offer a **competitive base salary** and **commission on all store sales**, including sales made by the manager themselves.
