**Main responsibilities:** * Manage all store operations * Place merchandise orders and conduct product audits * Coordinate and develop the team * Be responsible for the restaurant during shifts * Plan, correct, and monitor team activities * Manage employee time off and scheduling * Manage inventory * Supervise food expiration dates and quality * Support general store activities * Perform other routine duties related to the position **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with availability as required by the store **Schedule:** Weekdays and weekends, with one day off per week + one Sunday off per month. **Requirements:** Must be over 18 years of age. Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
