Job Summary: Store manager responsible for supervising all operations, managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring product quality and smooth restaurant operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of food quality and expiration dates **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage all store operations * Place merchandise orders and conduct product audits * Coordinate and develop the team * Assume responsibility for the restaurant during shifts * Plan, correct, and monitor team activities * Manage staff time-off requests and scheduling * Manage inventory * Supervise food expiration dates and quality * Support general store activities * Perform other routine duties related to the position **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with flexibility according to store needs **Schedule:** Weekdays and weekends, with one day off per week \+ one Sunday off per month. **Requirements:** Applicants must be over 18 years old. Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
