Job Summary: Manage and guide the team, monitor performance indicators, control inventory, organize the store, and supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with processes and goals. Will be responsible for inventory control, preparation of employee shift schedules, and store organization, including cleaning and maintenance of standards. Will manage all store operational activities, such as opening and closing, according to the designated schedule. Additionally, the role involves people management, monitoring and verification of cash registers, supervision of product display and restocking, and buffet organization. Will also coordinate promotional campaigns and conduct periodic meetings to monitor the team and ensure alignment with store objectives.
