




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, sales conversion, store organization, company processes, and support to the team and management. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and support to management Main Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on sales conversion; Monitor and drive individual and team goals; Support store organization (visual merchandising, restocking, inventory, and cleaning); Assist with store opening and/or closing; Verify cash register when necessary; Ensure compliance with company processes (e.g., Pickup & Delivery, returns, etc.); Support training and development of sales associates; Serve as a role model for behavior, attitude, and results within the team; Monitor performance indicators and support the store manager.
