RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and prospect new members; * Conduct external visits for prospecting and developing new business. * Manage member portfolios, monitoring results, delinquency rates, and satisfaction levels; * Conduct maintenance and member loyalty visits. * Commercialize financial products and services such as credit, investments, insurance, and others; * Prepare, register, and monitor credit proposals; * Monitor and manage delinquency; * Suggest improvements and support the development of new products and services.
